Never Vueling again
The very short version:

CPH-BCN-CPH
Overbooked plane: 11 people got bumped including two families. We were 4 people.
Got offered a new flight 1½ day later.
The plane was late.
We did not get our suitcase in BCN neither did 25% of the passengers. Stood in line for 1½ hour at lost and found.
The suit case arrived 6 days later at the same day we had to leave BC.
We spend most days shopping and think "the suitcase" will come today".
We were entitled to 400 EUR per person and Vueling send 250 EUR. At the office ticket in CPH they said this would happen and they were right.
Vueling is systematically stealing a portion the passengers compensation.
Why: Because the can and they don't care.

The good: Vueling will drive itself to the ground.

You can't find a more terrible airline…
You can't find a more terrible airline than Vueling. I read its reviews before booking but took the risk and regretted it. They cancelled a flight 24 houe before the flight from Lyon to Barcelona from where we needed to retun to UK and ruined our holiday. No phone number to call, no alternative arrangement for transportation, the link they sent through email to request refund does not work, the phone numbers on thier webpage are wrong and thier customer service desk in Barcelona is hopeless and cannot do anything, also, the dont seem to have any email addressto contact, thier chat facilityis a joke. Had to take a train to another city and France and fly from there so just imagine the hassle. Unfortunately my flight back to UK was with them again, and they delayed delivery of our luggage for over 2 hr in the Man airport. Still not manged to request a refund after a week. Dont risk it....

Vueling does not comply with EU…
Vueling does not comply with EU regulation! Had my flight changed by more than 8h over a year ago. Requested a refund as the new suggested flight did not work for me. I still haven’t received the refund. How this company is allowed to fly within the European Union without following EU regulation is crazy.

In June I travelled on a plane from…
In June I travelled on a plane from Newcastle to Orly which had rowdy Liverpool fans on it bashing the overhead lockers and singing loudly and not sitting down when the plane was landing. The flight attendants thought it amusing and did nothing to quell this and one flight attendant even videoed it on her phone. On arrival police were finally called and we were kept on the runway for 30 minutes at 11pm at night, we tried to keep our distressed grandchildren of 3 and 5 happy.
I emailed Vueling who did not have the courtesy to reply.

Worst airline I've ever worked with
Worst airline I've ever worked with. Lost baggage twice within a 2 week period. Flights are always delayed. Do yourself a favor, save your precious time on this planet and do not waste it booking travel with this absolutely garbage of an airline. It would have been more efficient if I biked to my destination.

I would of given a 0. They overbook flights and leave you stranded. Dogs. Do not fly with them. As a customer I pay for a service to be trusted but they only want your money and then they ef you up.

Worst airline experience in 31 years
We had our worst experience ever with an airline today. Departure time was changed several times without notification, then delayed one hour, then two hours - without ANY information. We were among the first in line, and when we finally got to board we were rejected. We were promised to get a seat after everyone else had boarded, but that was of course a big lie, because then the gate closed and we were told the flight was over booked. We did not get anymore information about where to turn or what to do. No information about reimbursement. Finally, after hours of fighting at Vueling’s check-in counter, we get a car that is supposed to take us to a hotel. But nobody knew the name of the hotel. So we have to get our own hotel without ANY assistance from this terrible airline. What a complete disaster!

Second time and another bad experience
Second time and another bad experience. Worst low-cost company. No drop off tills, had to stand a long queue for luggage, and this was not enough, then was sent to drop it off to oversized luggage just because of the straps yet the bag was small. Overpriced luggage cost. Was made belive I needed to check in my rucksack for £38 then saw people just taking them to cabin. Felt outraged. Flight delayed about 1.5h. Going by train from London to Paris would have been a much better deal even if more expensive

Worst airline I've flown with
Worst airline I've flown with. Vueling is a level below the other budget airlines. Flight was 1.5 hours delayed with no reason or apology. Something went wrong with online check in so we were forced to re-check in at the gate and were given scraps of torn up paper with our seats scribbled on. The assigned seats we had paid for in advance were given to other customers so we had to sit separately. Staff were smug and unprofessional. Avoid.

Worst service ever.
Worst service ever.
Vueling has now found a new way to avoid complains, they just take all their staff avay from the airport.
Came from Barcelona to Hamburg on July 9.
But our baggage didn't come. Went to the lost and found desk to to start a search.
At the desk there were no staff, a note told us to go to Vueling check-in, but no staff.
A young men from Vueling went buy, and shouted at us, that it wasn't his problem, and that he didn't care.
I have tried to send email Vueling, but they require a search number from - lost and found - which we couldn't get because there were no staff.
On phone most of the numbers doesn't work and if you are lucky to talk to a person, they can't/will not help you.

Never travel on Vueling
Never travel on Vueling! Our flight from Gatwick to Florence was cancelled after hours of delay. Finally the only option we were given was to fly 2 days later from Gatwick via Barcelona, then via Venice, where we would be met and driven to Florence. No one met us. No one at Vueling UK knew anything about us. There was no Vueling desk in Venice airport. We arranged our own taxi and train trip to Florence. Vueling initially said we would be able to claim out of pocket compensation. Now they say there was a baggage handlers strike (initially, they said the crew's shift had expired and there wasn't a replacement) Now they won't respond to us at all. Disgraceful!! crew)

Terrible experience they lost our luggages with the kid's medicine. They do not answer our calls and requests! They do not care for the child's condition! HELP PLEASE SOS find our luggages????

If I could give 0 stars I would. My experience with this airline was horrible. They lost our luggage for our Italy trip. We spent 4 days there with no update. Tried contacting customer service several times and got hung up on every single time. Changed the address at the airport customer service to our next destination. Waited 6 days with no update while we still tried to contact them. Then tried changing the address to the US since we were now flying home with no update. Couldn’t get anyone to stay on the phone to change the address. They shipped to the previous destination and when we called and FINALLY got someone on the phone to ship us our luggage they said they did everything according to protocol and it isn’t their fault we aren’t at the address listed. That they aren’t responsible for getting our luggage they lost to us in the US. We had to then pay to get our luggage shipped to us. Please avoid using this airline at all costs!!
